Our Service - What we will do for you.....
 
Before we do anything else we will carry out a full Site Survey to make sure that we are able to install the water dispenser to your exact requirements. We will look at where the water source is located, where you wish to locate the dispenser and look at the most efficient way of feeding the machine.

The installation will be carried out with minimal disruption to the customer and is a mostly non intrusive procedure. We will fit pressure reduction valves, water blocks and water cut off valves and before leaving the premises will fully explain to you how to shut off the water to the machine should you ever require to do so.The engineer will also talk you through the operation of the dispenser so you are fully aware of how it works within a matter of minutes.

Your cooler will be serviced 4 times a year with a filter change every 6 months. If you are renting the service is included in your monthly payments so there is no extra cost to you and no additional billing. If you buy your cooler we will happily provide a service agreement to take care of the dispenser for you.The service engineer will fully sanitise your machine inside and out and check the purity of your water before leaving the premises.

Should you require a service engineer to visit you if you ever have a problem we will aim to be with you within two working days. A promise that we will always keep.
