Phoenix Water Coolers is based in Essex, however we cover the entire country with customers in Scotland, Wales and England. We are very much a service based company and care for our customers as we are aware that if we don't, the customer has an option to go elsewhere. We feel that customers are hard to come by, and when you have them they should be looked after!

We guarantee to attend a broken down water cooler within 48 hours of a call into our offices. Usually we are able to fix the dispenser on site, however if the cooler needs to come back to our fully equipped workshop a loan cooler will be installed usually the following day.

Our vehicles run on LPG gas or Bio diesel so our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum. Our engineers are fully trained and have all been within the industry for a number of years. We keep in constant touch with what is happening within the industry and as new water coolers come on to the market we evaluate them and if we feel it is in the interest of our customers we will use them.
